BrushHand is owned and operated by Home Painters Info Pty Ltd (ABN 44 154 831 026), a registered Australian company trading as BrushHand. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
BrushHand is available to residents of Australia. One registered company is permitted per portal account.
2. Subscriptions
– A 14-day free trial is available
– Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
– Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
– You can cancel via the customer portal or by emailing us
3. Refunds
If you’re not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund. All associated data will be retained for 90 days
post-cancellation unless you request immediate deletion.
4. Misuse and Breach
Accounts must be tied to registered businesses. Misuse may result in a warning and 7 days to rectify. Failure
to comply may result in temporary or permanent deactivation.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws.

BrushHand (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a product of Home Painters Info Pty Ltd (ABN 44 154 831 026), and is
committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy
Act 1988 (Cth).

We collect the following personal information:

– Email address
– Phone number
– Payment details (handled securely via Stripe)
– IP address
– Usage activity within the platform
2. How We Collect It
Information is collected via:
– Account registration
– Zoho Creator form submissions
– Payment processing via Stripe
– Portal activity logs and cookies
3. Why We Collect It
We collect your data to:
– Provide and manage your subscription
– Communicate support and billing notices
– Improve platform performance
– Assist with account troubleshooting
– Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations
4. Who Has Access
Only authorised team members of BrushHand may access your data for support or technical purposes. Data
is not shared with any third parties unless legally required.
BrushHand is a part of Aussie Painters Network, but no customer data is distributed or shared externally.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Cookies may be used for functional and performance purposes only. No third-party tracking or advertising
cookies are used.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to your data or request deletion at any time by emailing:

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via:

– Or by emailing help@brushhand.com.au between 7am and 3pm AEST
After Cancellation
– You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
– Data is stored for 90 days, then deleted unless you request otherwise.
Refunds
– Monthly Plans: Refunds available within 7 days of payment if not satisfied.
– Yearly Plans: If cancelled within 30 days of billing, the unused portion will be refunded.
Cookie Policy
BrushHand uses minimal cookies for core functionality.
– No marketing or advertising cookies are used
– You cannot opt out, as they are essential for login and secure sessions
– No external tracking is performed
